- It looks very procedurally generated. Very robotic to a not-robotic piece of music (as in, a fleshbag made it). I mainly say this because there’s no immediately intuitive way to play it. Audiosurf was a little closer to fixing this problem, depending on which character you picked (Mono was just pick up anything colored, but to me, any of the other non-Monos were way too complicated, even though normally I treat it as a turn-off-brain thing).
- Maybe a way to play around with the sound effects (the kisses, hugs, chains)? I don’t particularly know if this is a good idea, but Rez and Lumines did it awesome (they had pre-built songs though).
- Are you thinking of including some dark themes? A color scheme like that would be very weird to some of the music I have, definitely.
It looks good though! That Aaaaa! perspective just never gets old.
